- Avoid everyday & rough wear to slow down the natural process of “wear and tear”.
- Don’t wear your dainty jewelry 24/7. We use high quality precious metals that are designed to resist tarnishing with proper care. Like all fine jewelry, regular wear and exposure to the environment will naturally affect its appearance over time.
- Moisture and humidity can shorten the life of your jewelry. Store each piece in a dry, airtight bag or jewelry box when not in use.
- Perfume, hairspray & other types of lotion may contain harsh chemicals that can tarnish your jewelry over time.
- For extra care, clean it with an old soft toothbrush and dish soap. Rinse well, pat dry, and air dry. Make sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing.
- Take extra care for delicate gemstones like Opal. The Opal will get tarnished and discolored over time from body heat and oil. It can break easily if you pull on the opal jewelry.
Jewelry Repair
- There is a $25 fee plus return shipping fee for all standard jewelry repair
- We only repair jewelry that's purchased from our shop.
- It will take 2-4 weeks for us to process each repair.
- We don't accept repair inquiry in the month of December. Please contact us again in the following month.
